J was there, but resting flat on his back in the snow.
Maritza and the girls stopped by the other night for dinner while in the area for her family reunion. It was great catching up on news and just chatting about nothing in particular like we did back in AZ when we knew we’d see each other again in just a day or two. How I miss my Mamacitas, Claire & Maritza!
I had some time while waiting for our flights last week, and got lost in Pinterest. I realized that many of the work spaces I’d pinned were built-in & compact. When we got back, I gave Travis my chair/desk (he’s been wanting something in his room) and made my office into a guest room. We have lots of relatives we’d love to host and it will be great to have it ready for them, or just have a quiet place to read downstairs.
Here’s my new and more compact work area now. Love it!
It’s easy to get hooked on cooking with these.
The full collection at the Walnut Ridge, AK antiques shop (they had a sale, so SIL and I swear we heard angels singing). I found my latest 3 there on the way to visit Grandma Louise in MO. Shipped home and waiting for me when we returned. LOVE! Thanks to cousin Kim for the cast-ironspiration.
